HOW TO ORDER

Simply add "Add to Cart" on any product that suits you.

You can view your shopping cart at any time and then proceed to checkout. 

If this is your first time ordering, you may choose to create an account. This means that you will be able to reorder easily in the future and it saves you time entering your details again.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME

Your delivery address should be one that can readily receive the items. A work address is perfect or the address of a family member who is at home during the day. In Summer we only deliver within the express post network. If your postcode is outside this network, check with us or get a friend, relative to accept delivery again preferably to a work address.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Deliveries are usually aimed for the end of the next week after ordering. 7-10 working days. For more urgent orders please call us to discuss your needs. We will also email you when they have been dispatched so you know they are on the way. If you prefer to delay the order closer to an event. Please add this to additional comments. Please do not order more than 3 months in advance. 

CAN I PICKUP FROM THORNLEIGH SYDNEY? YES!

Yes, after order you can order and collect from us in Thornleigh Sydney. You can select pickup in checkout. Your collection time will need to be booked in with staff. Collection times are between 10-2pm on Monday-Friday.

HEAT PROTECTION

Our packages mostly travel overnight in the express post delivery network. During November - March - Depending on weather and location we use ice packs and or thermal bags or styro or foam packaging. Heat protection is free however If ordering a large quantity to warm and distant areas we may recommend styro boxes or refrigerated transport at additional cost.

SUMMER - WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

You can order a delivery at any time. Ordering chocolate is one thing you CAN do ahead of time and tick it off your todo list. We always use buttons with nearly a year expiry. Since our specialty is fresh chocolate we recommend ordering up to 3 months in advance to take advantage of the freshness and make looking after the order easier at your end.
